I am here to support you and to help you navigate your journey into “adulting.” I can help you develop the inner resources to effectively manage the tasks and responsibilities you face in adulthood. I can train you in mindfulness skills so that you can learn to better handle stress and to live in the here and now, instead of being stuck in regrets about the past or anxiety about the future.

I can help you learn to prioritize and organize your time and tasks, so that you can meet deadlines in college or at work.

I can teach you skills and strategies so that you can communicate with your peers, coworkers, and family members more effectively, assert your needs more productively, resolve conflicts more readily, and balance your professional and personal life in a more satisfying manner. 

In addition to skills-training, I’ll work with you to explore your dreams and goals in life. I’ll encourage you to make your own path and guide you in ways to take concrete steps to make progress towards your goals.  

I’ll also help you establish your own personal and professional identity, as well as accept and embrace all the facets of your personality and your cultural identity. I’ll strive to help you develop a cohesive and positive self-concept, so that you feel greater sense of emotional wellness and more confidence in your ability to overcome obstacles, persevere through challenges, and make strides towards achieving your goals.
